Hand made walnut dessert spoon, shaped with an axe from a blank bought from eBay. Carved with knives, sanded and finished with food safe mineral oil. The blank might or might not be from a sustainable source, it was bought as a gift to help me along with practising carving spoons. (this mineral oil is not sustainable, later products are finished with a sustainable linseed oil)
